Ka Huna

Ka Huna Massage is a flowing, heart-centered bodywork style rooted in ancient Hawaiian healing traditions. Using long, sweeping strokes, rhythm, and breath, Ka Huna works not just on the muscles but on the nervous system and energetic body. It invites deep relaxation, emotional release, and a reconnection to the body’s natural wisdom.

Release with each breath

Each session is a full-body experience that can feel like a moving meditation—nurturing, intuitive, and dynamic. Unlike clinical massage, Ka Huna is a holistic practice that holds space for healing on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Clients often leave feeling lighter, more embodied, and deeply restored.

  • You will be draped respectfully throughout the session, and you’re invited to undress to your level of comfort. Many clients choose to receive Ka Huna nude or with minimal covering to allow for full-body flowing strokes, but your boundaries and consent are always prioritised.

  • Ka Huna can be both. The pressure is tailored to your needs—some strokes are light and soothing, others deep and releasing. It’s not about forcing the body but working in harmony with it to release tension.

  • Yes, it can. Because Ka Huna works holistically with energy and the nervous system, emotional release is natural and welcome. If something arises during the session, it’s held with care and confidentiality.
